Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. I’ve been buying flowers from Cheers for more than 10 years and have always been very pleased with the quality and arrangement. This order was for Forever Romance and it was beautiful as always. However, I ordered and paid for the Deluxe upgrade and I’m pretty certain I didn’t get it. The arrangement is exactly as pictured for the regular version. Same number of roses and all the same fillers. Still beautiful, but I’m not certain got what I paid for. UPDATE: Contacted by Cheers regarding error with my order. They sent us a dozen beautiful roses as an apology. Very pleased with the flowers and the customer service. Will continue to purchase floral arrangements from Cheers.
